Deborah takes us for a closer look at her piquette assiette sculpture, a form of mosaic that is made from found and broken things. This piece is her first ever sculpture and first ever piece made to go out of doors.

Deborah Cavenaugh is a self-taught, American artist. Working primarily in watercolor, her art also delves into sculpture, collage and mixed media. Her highly narrative art tells her story of life from the viewpoint of where she is right now. Deborah is also a well-known writer, speaker, illustrator and teacher.
