The Way Has Already Been Made, and that's a title I use and will use again, and for me what that mean is, even though I can't see how anything is going to work out, I have absolute trust that the path for my steps has already been fixed out ahead of me and my job is to find the path, and a way is made for my good life. this painting is a mixed media, watercolor first and then on top of that I have added collage, if you look at the tea cup it is fabulously collaged, I really love it. I absolutely love to work like this, now you guys don't absolutely love it, but I love to do it, they always hang around my studio a long time before they sell, it takes a kind of special person to really get how special a little painting like this is, with a collage put on top of it, but I really love to do them, I have to hold myself back to not doing more of them, now I really, really love this table cloth, I had to work super wet and push a lot of colors in, and it's so effective, tiny little row of glass bottles which i have in my own bathroom at home along the window sill. The teapot, which of course, I love to paint teapots and I've painted them a very long time, it's one of the earliest themes that came to me, I think this is a very successful mixed media piece, and I like the sentiment of the title that the way is always out there, it's already been made.
