August 2005 - Encore Magazine - Ania Welin Making DREAMS Come True

Ms. Welin writes about DREAMS, an outstanding organization that offers performing and visual arts classes to children ages 8-17. The founder of DREAMS, Tracey Wilkes, has been honored at the White House for her innovative work.  Deborah lends her talents to many charities and good works.  The article explains Deborah's fund raising efforts for DREAMS through the creation of a new card line designed by the kids in their program.
